6. Experiment X web site and third parties

Like most retailers, as you visit our websites, we are collecting information about that visit. This information may include your IP address, the type of device and software used to access our Site, your internet service provider, how you interact with our Site such as what pages you visit or what links you follow to arrive on or leave our Site.

We collect aggregated data on the number and types of tests performed to provide you with Experiment X recommendations, customize your user experience, and enhance our Services. Self-reported information is used to customize your user experience. 12. General

If any part of this Privacy Policy is declared invalid or not legally binding, the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be amended to achieve the maximum possible economic effect, as in the original provision.
